Welcome to our recap! The annual FFG InFlight stream kicked off at 1PM ET on November 22, 2025 live at PAX Unplugged, and we’re here to give you all of the details.
Where to watch the FFG 2025 InFlight Stream
Jim Cartwright (Current Head of FFG) opens the 2025 FFG InFlight Report at PAX Unplugged, calling it the “new home for InFlight Report going forward.” In other words, it’s fully confirmed that FFG is not doing InFlights at Gen Con anymore.

Wesley Mouri (Brand Ambassador) takes over as host as Cartwright leaves the stage.

Arkham Horror: The Card Game Is First Up

Mouri recaps the Arkham Horror: The Card Game Chapter 2 Core Set announcement, as AH LCG designer Duke Harrist takes the stage.
To kick things off, Daniella Reyes, Dexter Drake, and Trish Scarborough are all fully confirmed as Chapter 2 Core Set investigators, joining the previously announced Joe Diamond and Isabelle Barnes.

Mouri reiterates that there will be “four SKUs released per year” for AH LCG, including “deckbuilding experiences, campaign boxes, and scenario packs.”
Harrist explains that “evergreen investigator decks” are coming to Arkham Horror and will “remain in print.”
These investigators will include Tommy Muldoon, Carolyn Fern, Marie Lambeau, Miguel De La Cruz, and Andre Patel.

The summer of 2026 will host Children of Blood, a three-scenario product, as well as the scenario pack Traces of Nowhere, by the end of the year.

A full 2026 release timeline/roadmap for AH LCG was provided by FFG.

Arkham Gamegenic Accessories
CEO/Head of Gamegenic Adrian Alonso retakes the stage this year to talk Gamegenic products for AH LCG.

New Arkham Horror Chapter 2 products are coming, and are “redesigned” for the “mood of the game” compared to the prior investigator deckboxes. A new SKU will include a box with the Arkham Horror logo, and there’s a tease for “a lot” more products coming for Arkham Horror.

Marvel Champions Is The Second Game Up
Josh Beppler takes the stage. Beppler joined FFG “just a few months ago” as the marketing manager for living card games. Mouri notes that there will be “more updates” on products as a whole going forward at the company.

Beppler recaps the Synthezoid Smackdown pack coming in December, and that it is “at the show to check out” ahead of the early December release.

The next rules reference with a “beta environment” will come in mid-December. That’s it for Marvel in 2025.
For 2026, Mouri recaps the Wonder Man and Hercules pack announcements, and teases what’s next.

Two new heroes (Daredevil and Echo) and “three more villains to fight against” will arrive in Fear No Evil.
Note – After the presentation, FFG Community Manager Olivia Sheppard confirmed on the Marvel Champions Discord that Fear No Evil will feature five scenarios – “Just so everyone knows, there was a small mix up during the presentation. Fear no evil will have the normal amount of villains as our previous expansions.”
Jessica Jones and Luke Cage hero packs are confirmed to release after.

Shadowland (featuring The Hand) is the next scenario pack after the prior two hero packs.

Elektra and Iron Fist will join as hero packs after, and a full roadmap for 2026 was provided for Marvel Champions.

With The LCG Portion Over, Twilight Imperium And Star Wars Are Next

In classic video game trade show fashion, existing products (Star Wars: The Deckbuilding Game’s Mandalorian and Twilight Imperium: Thunder’s Edge) are shown off again.

Also, a “new expansion” for Star Wars: The Deckbuilding Game is confirmed for the summer of 2026
Board Games Are In Again
Caitlyn McGrath takes the stage to talk about board games.

Cthulu Death May Die and Zombicide are joining the FFG family.
The Cthulu Death May Die pledge manager will be reopened with new pledges. FFG will be handling “shipping” and other campaign elements going forward.
Summer of 2026 will see the release of a Squid Game Zombicide expansion. That year, we’ll also be getting Zombicide: Dead Men Tales, a brand new core box.

FFG is now doing something called a “Vault Series,” running “case by case” crowdfunding for “out of print and hard to find games.”
These Vault Series re-releases may have “updated art and graphic design,” but will not fundamentally change the core of the games. A rules specialist will also be looking at the rulebooks for potential changes.

Star Wars Unlimited Expectedly Closes Out The Show
Some stats are thrown out for the 2025 Galactic Championship. 2026 dates are reconfirmed.

A Lawless Time is confirmed for March 13, 2026.

Designer John Leo takes the stage to talk about the set, and the “risk/reward opportunities” and rulebreaking mechanics of A Lawless Time. “I pitched this set from cradle to grave, this has been my baby” – Leo.

Cards for the set are shown off, which you can view in the gallery below.

With the release of A Lawless Time, FFG will be updating booster packs using community feedback – with more details to come in December.
Gamegenic Returns For A Final Harrah
CEO/Head of Gamegenic, Adrian Alonso, returns to the stage to discuss SWU products for A Lawless Time.

Following the Gamegenic reveal, FFG provided an updated timeline for SWU. Four new Twin Suns preconstructed decks are coming in the spring. Asajj Ventress and Count Dooku – Darth Maul and Savage Opress – Annakin and Padme – Ahsoka Tano and Rex.
In the fall of 2026, a mini set called Star Wars Unlimited: Icons will launch. It will return to core game mechanics, serve as an entry point for new players, and feature some of the most iconic characters and ships.

That’s it! See you next year at PAX Unplugged 2026.
